Not only do we grow 90% of our own fruit, irrigated by rainwater harvested from the factory roof and nearby properties, but we try to use as little external power as possible. 

We have solar voltaic panels to provide electricity (when the sun is shining, anyway) and solar thermal panels (tubes) for hot water.

 

Underfloor heating is provided by ground source heat pump.
